Iman's Light Foundation ("we," "us," "our") operates this website. This policy describes what information is collected when you visit our site and how it is used. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 93-4410846) and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Information We Collect

Contact form: when you submit our contact form, your name, email, phone number (if you provide one), subject, and message are sent through our website and saved in our database so our staff can read and respond to you. We also get an email notification when a new message comes in.

Newsletter signup: this form opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to us. What you write is sent directly from your own email account. Our website does not receive, transmit, or store that information on any server we control.

Language preference: we save your choice of language (English or Spanish) in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your preference. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Google Fonts: this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When you visit the site, your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch those fonts.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) at this time.

Donations

The "Donate" button directs you to an outside payment processor to complete your donation. We do not receive or store your credit card or bank account information. That information is handled directly by the payment processor under its own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Your Rights

Contact form submissions are stored in our database so our staff can respond to you. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete that information at any time by writing to the address below. If you contacted us directly by email or phone instead, you can ask us to delete that correspondence the same way.
